Stellar Defense Pushes Falcons to Victory in Home Opener

The Messiah men's basketball team held their home opener of the 2023 season Friday night. The Falcons took on the Panthers of SUNY Old Westbury for game two of the Messiah Tip-Off tournament. In front of their home crowd the Falcons got the job done, winning 87-43. Cole Fisher led the Falcons with 14 points on the night, with six rebounds, while Caleb Lyles, and Evan Parker both finished with a team high four assists. 

Messiah will take on Oberlin College in day two of the Messiah Tip-Off tournament tomorrow at 3:00p.m.
