Second-Half Struggle Allows Saints to Slide Past Griffins

Gwynedd Valley, Pa. – (2/10/2024) – Gwynedd Mercy University (15-9, 8-3) welcomed Marymount University (15-8, 8-2) this afternoon for their final regular season home game. The Griffins took an early six-point, 13-7 (14:09), lead on a three pointer by senior guard Aziz Parker (Westampton, N.J.), but ended up trailing the Saints at halftime, 35-31 (0:10). In the end, the Saints' second-half performance was too much for the Red and Gold to overcome as the visitor's left the Griffin Complex following a 74-59 Atlantic East Conference (AEC) final.
