Basketball Success Keeps Griffins in Sixth Place for AEC Mike Drass Trophy

Lancaster, Pa. – (3/7/2024) – With the conclusion of the 2023-2024 Atlantic East Conference (AEC) Men's and Women's Basketball Championship Tournaments, league commissioner Jessica Huntley is pleased to provide an update for the Mike Drass Trophy Standings. With AEC Championships in men's basketball (10 points), women's basketball (10), men's swimming (10), and women's swimming (10), Marymount University separated for a 57-43 edge over Marywood University in the women's AEC Commissioner Cup standings and a 29-25 edge over Marywood University in the men's AEC Commissioner Cup standings. Combined, the additional 40 points distanced the Saints for an 86-68 lead over the Pacers for the 2023-2024 Mike Drass Trophy.
