Martez Brown named First Team All-Region

Harrogate, TN – Following an amazing season in which he led the nation in multiple statistical categories, Lincoln Memorial senior forward Martez Brown has been named to the First Team All-Region team by the D2CCA. On the season, Brown has averaged 13.3 points per game and 14.4 rebounds per game. He is the only player in the South Atlantic Conference to average a double-double all season long. He leads the nation in double-doubles, field goal percentage, and rebounding. Brown was named to the First Team All-SAC team, Bevo Francis Award Watch List Top 50 for the best player in DII college basketball, and also became the conference's all-time leading rebounder for his career.
