Martez Brown named consensus First Team All-Region by D2CCA/NABC

Harrogate, TN – Following an amazing season in which he led the nation in multiple statistical categories, Lincoln Memorial senior forward Martez Brown has been named to the First Team All-Region team by the D2CCA and NABC, making him a consensus First Team All-Region selection. On the season, Brown averaged 13 points per game and 13.8 rebounds per game. He is the only player in the South Atlantic Conference to average a double-double all season long. He led the nation in double-doubles, field goal percentage, and rebounding. Brown was named to the First Team All-SAC team, Bevo Francis Award Watch List Top 50 for the best player in DII college basketball, and also became the conference's all-time leading rebounder for his career.
