Martez Brown named conference Player of the Week

Harrogate, TN – Men's basketball forward Martez Brown has been named Player of the Week by the South Atlantic Conference following some great back-to-back performances. Last Wednesday, Brown set a new career-high in rebounding, hauling in 20 boards against Winston-Salem State. Falling short of a double-double for only the second time all season, Brown responded with an emphatic performance in Lincoln Memorial's conference opener against Newberry with 21 points and 10 rebounds. On the week, Brown averaged 14.5 points-per-game and 15 rebounds-per-game, earning Player of the Week honors.
