Gwynedd Mercy Clears Cyclones, Extend Win Streak to Four Games

Hackettstown, N.J. – (1/31/2024) – Gwynedd Mercy University (13-8, 6-2) earned their fourth straight Atlantic East Conference (AEC) victory with tonight's 92-65 victory at Centenary University (N.J.) (2-19, 0-8). The Cyclones held an early 17-10 (13:21) edge, but a 33-13 run earned the Griffins a 43-30 (0:08) halftime advantage before claiming their 27-point league win. Senior guard Aziz Parker (Westampton, N.J.) continued his proficient play with five three pointers (5-of-9, .556) in a 21-point performance that came with nine rebounds, three assists, and a steal.
