Blazers Hot From Beyond the Arc, Down Falcons in Frederick

The Messiah men's basketball team suffered a 94-62 setback on Saturday afternoon against the Hood Blazers in Frederick, Md. Early buckets from the Blazers had the Falcons playing from behind for the entirety of the contest. The Blazers finished the opening half on a 16-3 run to take a 49-27 advantage into the break. Three Hood treys in the opening 90 seconds of the second half extended the lead to 29 points and Messiah was unable to make it a game down the stretch.
 
The Falcons look to avenge their home overtime loss against the Golden Wolves earlier in the season as they travel to Alvernia University Wednesday Jan, 31.
