Ainsworth wins WHAC Player of the Week for Men's Basketball

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) just announced the Player of the Week honors as men's basketball has a recipient of the award for the second straight week. Cory Ainsworth has earned the WHAC Player of the Week for men's basketball after averaging 29.5 points and 10 rebounds per-game while shooting an impressive 76.7% from the field. Ainsworth scored 22 points and grabbed eight rebounds to open the week in a loss against Lawrence Tech, he finished the week scoring a career high 37 points and bringing down 12 rebounds in the win over UNOH. Cory is the third men's basketball player to achieve this honor this year.
