Young Harris Falls in Battle to Chowan University

Murfreesboro, NC| The Mountain Lions fell to the Hawks on the road 88-79 on Saturday (Jan. 20) night at the Hawks Athletic Center. Young Harris trailed at the end of the 1st half, but brought the score back within five, with under four minutes to go; ultimately, the Hawks came out victorious over Young Harris. Karl Chavis hit the 1,000 point milestone in the losing effort, after battling hard to come back from injury, he has helped the Mountain Lions offense improve with his dominating presence in the paint.
