[Women's Soccer] Tigers finishes gauntlet of road games

Georgetown College women's soccer has been in the midst of the toughest stretch – three road games against Top 20 opponents. The Tigers fought valiantly, but the road and their opponents wore them down. Sunday capped the stretch as No. 19 Cumberland University won 6-0.It does not get easier coming home, but at least it is on their turf as 8 pm Wednesday the Tigers (4-8-1, 2-5) host No. 17 University of the Cumberlands. It should have been the fifth straight game against a ranked conference foe, but rain and lightning postponed the front side home showdown with then No. 14 Campbellsville University.
