WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Penn State Harrisburg used a 9-3 run in the final 2:36, to edge Penn College, 74-68, in a United East men's basketball game Tuesday. The Wildcats fell to 0-1 United East, 3-5 overall, while the Nittany Lions improved to 1-0, 6-1.
