Wildcats advance to MIAC semifinals with thrilling double OT victory over Hamline

ST. PAUL, Minn. — The St. Catherine University basketball team continued their historic season winning the program's first-ever home MIAC playoff game and their second MIAC playoff game in program history. As the No. 3 seed, the Wildcats defeated the No. 6 ranked Hamline University Pipers in the first-ever double overtime 70-65 in playoff history. The last time St. Kate's claimed a MIAC playoff victory was in 2010 defeated the No. 3 seeded Concordia College Cobbers in Moorhead as the No. 6 seed.
