Wave Falls on the Road to FAU

Tulane University men's basketball (13-15, 4-12) was unable to erase a 20-point deficit despite a furious come from behind effort in the second half as the Green Wave suffered its sixth loss in a row falling 79-73 at Florida Atlantic (22-7, 12-4) Saturday. Tulane battled to the final whistle pulling within two possessions, but the Owls made just enough free throws to hold off the Wave.
