Warriors Just Shy of Comeback in Round of 16 Loss to Evangel

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Evangel (Mo.) defense proved to be too much to handle on Thursday when LC State Men's Basketball saw its season come to an end in the NAIA Round of 16. The Valor, a 15-seed that upset its way through the first and second rounds, defeated the Warriors 77-74 in Kansas City to end LC State's season with a 24-9 record.
