ELIZABETH CITY,NC- The Elizabeth City State men's basketball team (5-11, 2-3 CIAA) ended their four-game losing streak by defeating the Shaw Bears (7-6, 3-2 CIAA) on Tuesday evening in the R.L. Vaughan Center.
