UTA Forces Overtime, But Falls By 1 At Georgia Southern

David Azore tied a career high with 33 points, Javon Levi hit a buzzer-beating 3-pointer to force overtime and UT Arlington overcame a 14-point 2nd-half deficit, but it all came up just short of a win as the Mavericks (7-8, 3-1 SBC) had a chance to win it at the end of the extra session but fell one point shy as Georgia Southern (8-6, 1-2 SBC) claimed a 74-73 victory on Saturday inside Hanner Fieldhouse.
