Tigers Fight Off Hornets Late in Tight Battle

HAYS, Kan. – Fort Hays State held off a pesky Emporia State squad on Saturday (Jan. 27), winning a tight battle at Gross Memorial Coliseum by a score of 67-62. The Tigers improved to 15-4 overall and 10-3 in the MIAA with the result, while the Hornets moved to 13-8 overall and 6-7 in the MIAA.
