Tenth-Seeded Hoyas Face Seventh-Seeded Providence in BIG EAST Tournament First Round

WASHINGTON – The Georgetown University men's basketball team is in New York City to take on seventh-seeded Providence in the first round of the 2024 BIG EAST Tournament presented by Jeep. Tipoff is slated for 6:30 p.m. at Madison Square Garden. The 10th-seeded Hoyas are coming off an 86-78 loss to St. John's on Saturday afternoon at The Garden, while Providence is coming off a 74-60 loss to No. 2/2 UConn in the regular season finale.
