Strong Second Half Propels Lee Past UWF

PENSACOLA, Fla. –A 43-point second half for the Lee University Flames, led them past the University of West Florida 70-51 Thursday evening to snap a three-game losing streak. Three Flames scored in double digits including a game high 26 points from Beyuan Hendricks was the difference in the contest. After leading by just four points at the halftime break, Lee outscored UWF by 15 in the final 20 minutes to improve to 10-5 and 8-5 in Gulf South Conference action.
