Sellout Crowd of 8201 On Hand for 67-52 Victory over ECU

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Playing in front of a sellout crowd for the first time since 2013, Charlotte Men's Basketball (14-7, 8-1 AAC) delivered to the 8,201 fans in Halton a 67-52 victory over in-state conference foe East Carolina (11-12, 4-6) Saturday afternoon. After a slow start that saw the Niners take a 26-24 lead into halftime, Charlotte outscored the Pirates 41-28 in the second half to earn its eighth consecutive win and remain atop the conference standings. The 2023-24 Niners are the first team in program history to win eight straight games in conference play.
