Second Half Surge Leads Men's Basketball To 76-66 PSAC Tournament Victory over Shepherd

WEST CHESTER, Pa.- Elijah Allen (Dover, Del./Dover) led all scorers with 21 points on 6-of-9 shooting as one of four Golden Rams in double figures to help lead the West Chester University men's basketball team (19-10) to a 76-66 victory over Shepherd (13-15) in the First Round of the PSAC Tournament on Monday night.
