Seay Adds Scoring Touch to Men's Basketball Backcourt

Needing to replace plenty of back court scoring, UT Permian Basin Men's Basketball will look to get it from Azariah Seay. Seay, a Division I transfer from IUPUI, comes to UTPB for his final season of eligibility.
