TEMPLE TERRACE, Fla.- The Ave Maria University men's basketball team nearly erased a 22-point first half deficit on Tuesday night, but could not come all the way back in a 81-68 loss to the Florida College Falcons in Temple Terrace. Against a team that received votes in the most recent NAIA Coaches' Poll, the Gyrenes got within one in the second half, but saw the Falcons pull away in the closing minutes.
