Penn State Advances to Second Round of Big Ten Tournament with 66-57 Win Over Michigan

The 11th-seeded Penn State men's basketball team used a strong defensive effort to defeat 14th-seeded Michigan 66-57 in the first round of the Big Ten Tournament Wednesday night inside the Target Center. Penn State advances to the second round and will take on sixth-seeded Indiana at approximately 9 p.m. Thursday.
