OVU Announces Basketball Schedule Changes and Spectator Policy

Vienna, W.Va — After months of uncertainty, it appears that Ohio Valley University will get to finally take the court and play basketball, but some will have to wait longer than others.  The season was supposed to tip-off this Thursday for both the Men's and Women's programs as they set were set to host Walsh University.  The Walsh Men's program had to reschedule as they were dealing with some COVID-19 related issues.  The Fighting Scots were also set to battle Malone University this Saturday, but the Pioneer Men's program, also dealing with COVID-19, also had to reschedule.  That means the OVU Women's basketball team will have the spotlight to themselves.  The season opener vs. Walsh will tip-off at 5:30pm on Thursday and the game with Malone University will be 1:00pm on Saturday, live from the Snyder Activity Center.
