North Greenville University to Host NCAA Division II Southeast Regional Tournament

Ray and Bea Dillard Field at Ashmore Park has been selected as the host site of the 2021 NCAA Division II Southeast Regional Baseball Tournament, the NCAA announced earlier this week. Due to the health and safety protocols surrounding the pandemic, it has been deemed necessary to conduct all NCAA championship competition at predetermined sites. This marks the third season in a row that a southeast regional tournament has been held at North Greenville, with last year's postseason being canceled due to COVID-19. The NCAA Division II Baseball Southeast Regional will begin on Thursday, May 27th and will end on Sunday, May 30th. Six teams will be in the tournament, including North Greenville, who won the Conference Carolinas Baseball Tournament last week in Wilson, North Carolina.
