Noel Named NABC District 4 Player of the Year for Second Time; Meares Named to the All-Region Team

KANSAS CITY, MO – Rowan's Ja'Zere Noel was named the NABC District 4 Player of the Year for the second consecutive season and was joined on the All-District 4 Team by junior Khalif Meares as the National Basketball Coaches Association announced its annual honors.
