No. 24/RV Tigers Fall Just Short to No. 16/11 Bearcats in Double Overtime

MARYVILLE, Mo. – Fort Hays State came up just short in an instant classic defensive battle that went to double overtime at Northwest Missouri State on Saturday (Feb. 3). The No. 24/RV ranked Tigers had chances to win the game in both regulation and overtime, but saw the No. 16/11 ranked Bearcats slip past in the final minute of the second extra frame to extend their home court win streak in regular season games to 25. NWMSU took the contest by a score of 64-61 to split the regular season series between the teams.
