NGU Comes in at #6 in Conference Carolinas Preseason Poll

Coming off a 2020 season that resulted in the program's highest winning percentage (.444) since 2011, NGU men's soccer placed 6th out of 12 teams in the Conference Carolinas Preseason Coaches' Poll, the Conference Carolinas announced earlier today. In his inaugural season as head coach, Andy Aulick took over a program that won just four matches in 2019 and was able to match that number in a shortened season that resulted in just nine total matches played. The Crusaders finished the regular season with a record of 4-3 before falling twice to Belmont Abbey in Pool Play of the Conference Carolinas Tournament. In addition to the usual conference opponents, NGU will also face two brand new conference opponents this season in the Converse Valkyries and the Francis Marion Patriots.
