Mervin James Selected MAAC Player of the Week

EDISON, NJ – Rider University redshirt senior forward Mervin James (St. Thomas, USVI/Pebblebrook [North Alabama]) has been named MAAC Player of the Week, the league office today announced. James averaged 22.0 points and 4.0 rebounds per game, shooting 51.7 percent (15-29) in the Broncs' first weekend sweep in Western New York since 2018-19. The honor is James' third of the year and the fourth of his career.
