Men’s & Women’s Basketball to Honor 15 Historical Black Figures of Hawai‘i for Black History Month

In collaboration with the Black Student Association at UH Manoa and the Sister Circle at Manoa, the University of Hawai?i Men's and Women's Basketball programs will celebrate Black History Month by honoring 15 historical Black figures of the Kingdom of Hawai'i. The recognition will take place during the Men's basketball game on February 3rd and the Women's basketball game on February 8th. Players will honor the 15 historical figures in limited-edition warm-up gear featuring the honorees' names. In addition to this, players during both games will introduce select honorees. Doors for both games open at 6:00 pm HST.
