[Men's Basketball] Warrior Men Upset #12 KWU in KCAC Quarters

Salina, Kan.-For the Sterling College Warrior men's basketball team it's win or go home time. The task for Sterling was large as they faced the #12 team in the country on the road. The Coyotes were the winners of 5 straight coming into the opening round of the KCAC tournament. The Warriors had been struggling as of late coming into the tournament losing 3 straight and seven of eight. Sterling had lost by an average of 22.5 points per game to KWU in the regular season, but, with the preparation of Coach Randy Stange and his staff, the team was relaxed, motivated and played like they had nothing to lose in the 75-66 upset over Kansas Wesleyan.
