Men's Basketball To Play Boston College In 2024 National Invitation Tournament

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Providence College men's basketball team has been selected to play in the National Invitation Tournament. The field was announced on March 17. The Friars enter the tournament as a No. 3 seed and will host Boston College on Tuesday, March 19 at Amica Mutual Pavilion in Providence, R.I. Tip-off is set for 7:00 p.m. and the game will be televised on ESPNU. The Friars will make their 21st appearance all-time in the NIT and 43rd appearance in post-season play overall [NCAA, NIT].
