[Men's Basketball] Southwestern Survives Avila in Last-Minute Thriller

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Avila men's basketball completely erased an early deficit and battled one of the KCAC's better teams in a game that took until the final minute to resolve, but Southwestern (9-2, 3-2 KCAC) did just enough to fend off an excellent effort from the Eagles (3-7, 3-3 KCAC) in a 67-65 Moundbuilder win on Thursday night in Mabee Fieldhouse.
