[Men's Basketball] Saints Fall to Titans at Home

Notre Dame, Ind. The #2 seed Holy Cross College men's basketball team hosted the #15 seed Indiana University South Bend this evening in McKenna Arena in the first round of the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference postseason tournament. After a slow first half, the Saints enter halftime down 45-31. A strong defensive effort by Holy Cross in the second half limited IUSB to just 21 points as they would come back and tie the game up 63-63 with just over four minutes to play. The Titans would make a small run and go up four with two minutes to play. Holy Cross battled back and was down one with 1.3 seconds remaining. The late show by the Saints was no good, as they fell 67-66.
