Men's Basketball Receives At-Large Bid into 2024 NCAA Tournament, Marks First Appearance in Program History

WATERBURY, Conn. — Since the 2001-02 season, Post University Men's Basketball had never been to an NCAA Division II Men's Basketball Tournament. Despite winning the 2002-03 and 2003-04 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Tournaments, the best the Eagles were able to muster up was a singular appearance in the ECAC Tournament during the 2003-04 season. While their hopes of winning a conference title for the first time in 20 years were sullied by the eventual 2023-24 champions in Jefferson University with a 70-58 loss in the CACC Semifinals on Saturday, the season was not over.
