Men's Basketball Picked Third in PSAC East Preseason Poll

LOCK HAVEN, Pa.- The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) men's basketball coaches released their preseason coaches' poll on Thursday afternoon and West Chester was picked to finish third in the always competitive PSAC East.
