[Men's Basketball] OLLU men's basketball adds Georges Darwiche from Romania

SAN ANTONIO (July 14, 2021) – The Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) men's basketball team has announced the signing of Georges Darwiche from Bucharest, Romania. He will join the team for the 2021-2022 season.Darwiche played at the University of Minnesota Crookston and Siena College before becoming a Saint. The 6'1" point guard made the Dean's List twice while at both colleges. He will be majoring in business and plans to play professionally overseas or become a coach following his extra COVID-19 granted season in 2022-2023.
