BARTLESVILLE, Okla. – After a tightly-contested first half reminiscent of last month's tussle in Kansas City, No. 22 Oklahoma Wesleyan (17-5, 13-4 KCAC) got hot early in the second half and never let Avila (11-10, 6-9 KCAC) get going themselves, ultimately pulling away for an 84-53 triumph on Saturday afternoon in Bartlesville.
