[Men's Basketball] No 12 Men's Hoops Falls at No. 8 Thomas More

CRESTVIEW HILLS, Ky. – The Georgetown College men's basketball team entered play on Thursday night knowing that they needed a victory and help from others in the Mid-South Conference to reclaim the second seed in the conference standings heading into their regular season finale on Saturday. The Tigers got neither the help they were looking for, nor the win, so for the moment, the Tigers remain third in the MSC. Thomas More (24-3, 18-2 MSC) completed the sweep of Georgetown (22-6, 15-6 MSC) by taking a big lead early and never looking back on their way to the 85-59 win.
