[Men's Basketball] Kluzak Hired as Men's Basketball Assistant Coach

The Brescia Men's Basketball Program led by Head Coach Brian Skortz has announced that Ben Kluzak has been hired as Head JV/Assistant Coach for the Bearcats.  Coach Kluzak comes to Brescia University from Rock Valley College in Rockford, Illinois.  Coach Kluzak started his  coaching career as a student assistant under the direction of Head Coach Craig Doty who guided the Golden Eagles in winning two national championships and appeared in three straight NJCAA Division III title games. Coach Kluzak continued his education and coaching career following Coach Doty to Graceland University, a NAIA school in  Iowa.  There he was part of the coaching staff to win the NAIA Division I Men's Basketball National Championship in 2018. After graduating from Graceland, Coach Kluzak went back to Rock Valley College as an assistant coach for the 2019-20 season. Coach Skortz comments, "I am extremely excited to add Coach Kluzak to the staff.  He brings a wealth of expereince around some very good programs.  He will serve as our lead assistant and head coach of our JV/Varsity reserve program as well.  He is very passionate and is driven to see our student athletes succeed both in the classroom and on the hardwood.  We look forward to great things from Coach Kluzak."
