[Men's Basketball] JERRY MCFARLAND HAS BEEN PROMOTED TO HEAD MEN'S BASKETBALL COACH

Takoma Park, Md. – The  Washington Adventist University Athletics Department announces that Jerry McFarland has been promoted to head men's basketball coach. McFarland has spent the last four seasons as an assistant coach with the program and has been a vital component to the team's success which included two NAIA National Tournament appearances (2019 & 2020), and in the 2019-20 season was instrumental in helping defeat two NCAA Division I teams (Howard University and Delaware St. University).
