Men's Basketball Finishes 3rd in GLVC PRS Standings, Hosts Drury Round One

Indianapolis, Ind. – Following the completion of the 2020-21 GLVC basketball regular season Saturday evening, the Great Lakes Valley Conference has released the final point rating system standings, determining the seeding for the conference tournament next week. In their second year as members of the GLVC, the SBU Men's Basketball team finished the year 15-6, winning the GLVC West Division and earning a spot in their 5th straight conference tournament. Based on the Point Rating System, SBU earned the 3 seed behind Truman State and Missouri-St. Louis. They will compete on Wednesday, March 2 in the Quarterfinal round against the Drury Panthers who earned the 6 seed. The four winners will move on to the highest-remaining seed for the semifinals on Saturday, March 6. The GLVC champion will be determined on Sunday, March 7.
