Men’s Basketball Drops Heartbreaker in Final Seconds to Georgetown

WASHINGTON, D.C.  – In the final seconds of the game Devon Savage had a chance to tie the game at 69. He could not convert as the Merrimack College men's basketball team lost to Georgetown University on Wednesday night. Jordan Derkack led the way for the Warriors with a 22-point performance. He also grabbed a team-high seven rebounds. Adam "Budd" Clark was the only other Merrimack player in double figures with 11 points.
