Men’s Basketball Derailed by Babson in NEWMAC Tournament Championship Game 59-53

WORCESTER — Tournament Most Outstanding Player Nate Amado finished with a game-high 17 points to propel third-seeded Babson to a hard-earned 59-53 victory over top-seed and host WPI in the title game of the 2023 NEWMAC Men’s Basketball Tournament Saturday afternoon at Harrington Auditorium. The win gives the Beavers their fifth-ever NEWMAC postseason crown.
