Randolph-Macon senior forward Miles Mallory (Beltsville, Md./St. Vincent Pallotti) was named Player of the Year in the region and senior guard Josh Talbert (Virginia Beach, Va./Kellam) earned a spot on the All-Region Second Team as D3hoops.com announced its postseason awards.
