Maldonado Buzzer Beater Lifts Pokes to 63-61 Win at Air Force

COLORADO SPRINGS (Jan. 28, 2022) – Cowboy guard Hunter Maldonado recorded a layup at the buzzer to lift the Cowboys to a 63-61 road win at Air Force on Friday afternoon in Clune Arena in Colorado Springs. It was his return to his hometown and his 100th career start, as he led the team with 31 points to lift the Pokes to 16-3 overall and 5-1 in conference play.
