Lu'Cye Patterson Earns Another Placement on the AAC Honor Roll

DALLAS, Texas – Lu'Cye Patterson earned his second weekly honor from the American Athletic Conference this season as he was named to the AAC Honor Roll announced this Monday by the league. Patterson guided the Niners to a pair of wins against Rice and North Texas last week, averaging 21 points and 4.5 rebounds.
