CHARLESTON, Ill. – The IUPUI basketball team came up short on the road at Eastern Illinois on Thursday night (Dec. 7), falling to the host Panthers, 75-58. Junior Jlynn Counter finished with 19 points, six rebounds and a pair of assists in the defeat.
